The Dispatch

We ship the archive across all Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 cities in India. Delivery timelines are dictated by your grid location, but we move fast.

• Order Processing & Verification: All orders are subject to standard verification procedures, including stock availability checks, payment authorisation, and fraud detection protocols.
• Tracking: Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive a tracking number (via email/SMS) to monitor its arrival.
• RTO (Return to Origin): If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or unavailability to accept the package, the courier will initiate an RTO. In such instances, original shipping charges remain non-refundable, and any re-dispatch will require advance payment of re-shipping charges by the customer.

Razorpay securely powers all transactions on the Cadenza portal. We accept all major Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, and Net Banking. No friction, just secure access.
