Grievance Format:

To expedite your resolution, all support requests must include the following:

  • Full name of the customer.
  • Order ID and specific product details.
  • Nature of the issue (e.g., size exchange, defect).
  • Unboxing video or photographs for validation (mandatory for damage or defect claims).
