Grievance Format:
To expedite your resolution, all support requests must include the following:
- Full name of the customer.
- Order ID and specific product details.
- Nature of the issue (e.g., size exchange, defect).
- Unboxing video or photographs for validation (mandatory for damage or defect claims).
